As in all activities, regular practice is the key to noticeable and visible progress. Our regular practice (in addition to your own living room or kitchen) is suitable for this. The elements and combinations learned in the course can be repeated and practiced here. If you have any questions, we would be happy to be on site to deepen the questions with you.
